I read the headline, immediately thought Joe Arpaio, and guess what I found out. Its like I’m psychic.

The notion that you can stop racial profiling by training? That might work on rookies. But d-bags with long, proud histories of racism like Arpaio won’t be deterred.

I wonder how much Joe has cost the idiots who keep re-electing him? I wonder if they also bitch about government waste? Then I wonder if they can add one and one and get the right answer.

I doubt it will change his personal views. He will learn the law so well, he will know how to break-it without getting prosecuted.
