It’s a rich white peoples court now.

The two biggest flaws the Constitution has right now are no term limits for SCOTUS judges and a 2nd Amendment that is 200 years out-of-date. At least with term limits, I’m glad I’m not the only who’s been complaining about this.

By the time the Roberts court is done, the damage done will be so great that I’m not sure there will be any way to recover from it, certainly not in my lifetime.

It might be good to see a 12 year term limit on the higher federal court positions coupled with an “up or out” process.

The Warren court is pretty much the only example I can think of.

That’s so depressing.

The reality that a minority with gobs of money has worked tirelessly to restore 𠆏reedom’ to the US, while ending the evils of socialism, other wise known as our safety nets, our investments, our tax base.

It the wingnuts have their way our country will soon be a loose collection of fifty states, not a nation.

It’s horrible.

I don’t think the five conservatives on the Supreme Court care about the law and precedent anymore, judging from the way they’ve vote on very important issues in the last few years—neutering the Voting Rights Act, killing the mandatory Medicaid option in the ACA, opening the floodgates not once, but twice, to permit the wealthiest Americans to buy politicians and elections, and voting to OK Christian prayers in public meetings. Each of these has had the effect of weakening the Union, subverting the Constitution, and giving a political party and/or the wealthiest Americans an unfair advantage in our government.
